Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

mare 3/30/2017 Rating: i just got my dress in the mail yesterday - aug 14th - having placed the order on july 31st. i was a bit worried (okay more like sick in the stomach) about what it would be like, after reading not-so-good reviews online plus the fact that it shipped out 11 days after i ordered it (who could possibly make a good dress in such a short amount of time?!).
